Eligibility Criteria for Keith William Hipel Engineering Graduate Scholarship:

Applicants must:

• Be full-time doctoral students in the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Waterloo.
• Maintain a minimum cumulative average of 80% or equivalent.
• Demonstrate strong academic and research achievements, including high-quality journal or conference publications.
• Submit the required scholarship application through the Faculty of Engineering website.
• Preference will be given to students conducting high quality research from a systems thinking perspective involving the societal, and or environmental ( or physical) systems aspects of the problem with applications including but not limited to water resources management, hydrology, environmental engineering, energy, climate change and sustainability.

Value of Keith William Hipel Engineering Graduate Scholarship:

Scholarship value of $1,500.
