John Rys Scholarship

Dr. Harry King established this endowment in 2015 to support graduate students in the Department of Chemistry. Applicants must be engaged in high-quality research in computational or theoretical physical chemistry or materials science. Preference is given to non-smokers.

Eligibility Criteria -

Must be a graduate student in the Department of Chemistry
Must be actively engaged in high-quality research in one of the following areas:
- Computational Chemistry
- Theoretical Physical Chemistry
- Materials Science
Demonstrated strong academic and research performance
Preference will be given to non-smokers
