James Dick Award

The James Dick Award is supported by the late Dorothy Price, and it supports Indigenous people who are seeking education to benefit their lives and their communities and who are knowledgeable and generous with cultural teachings.

Eligibility criteria for the James Dick Award:

Applicants must be currently registered students at the college.
Applicants must have Indigenous ancestry, including First Nations, Metis, Inuit, or Native American ancestry.
Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 or equivalent.
Financial need will be taken into consideration.
Applicants must demonstrate knowledge of and generosity with cultural teachings.
