Overview:

The Ontario Professional Engineers Foundation for Education Undergraduate Scholarship will be disbursed annually to in-course students enrolled in CEAB-accredited programs within the Faculty of Engineering.

Eligibility for Ontario Professional Engineers Foundation for Education Undergraduate Scholarship:

Applicants must be in-course undergraduate students enrolled in CEAB-accredited programs within the Faculty of Engineering at Lakehead University.

Selection Criteria:

Applicants must demonstrate at least one of the following:
- Financial need
- Leadership through participation in professional affairs
- High engineering aptitude
- Sustained participation in extracurricular activities, either on or off campus
- Continued volunteerism, either on or off campus
Lakehead University will endeavor to select an equal number of recipients who identify as female or non-binary and those who identify as male.
Preference will be given to students from under-represented minorities within Lakehead University’s Engineering programs.
