The fellowship aims to provide New Zealanders with the opportunity to study international relationships, and social and economic circumstances at an overseas university.
Eligibility:
- Applicant must hold an Honours or Masters degree in arts, science, commerce, law, or divinity from a New Zealand university
- Must be a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
- Be applying for enrolment in a research master's degree or a Ph.D. at an overseas university in Europe, Asia, or the USA.
