Future Leaders MBA Scholarship at The University of Sydney 2027

The Future Leaders MBA Scholarship is offered to New Zealand and Australian citizens for pursuing an MBA by the Australian Financial Review (AFR) and the University of Sydney Business School.

Eligibility for the Future Leaders MBA Scholarship:

• Applicants for the Future Leaders MBA Scholarship should be Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents, or New Zealand citizens.
• Applicants working at the University of Sydney or partners and those involved in the process of selection are not eligible for this scholarship.
• Applicants must be pursuing a part-time MBA program at the University.
• Candidates should have a graduate diploma or a bachelor's degree or AQF Level 7 qualification with a 65% average.
• Candidates are expected to have work experience of 3-5 years in a management position.

Application Process:

All eligible candidates must submit an online application form to be considered for the scholarship. The application should include the following components:

• Most Recent CV,
• Academic Transcript,
• Personal statement of motivation describing:
  • How do you demonstrate leadership experience and potential in your chosen field, 
  • What do you hope to achieve professionally and personally by completing the University of Sydney MBA? 

Value of the Scholarship:

The successful applicants of the Future Leaders MBA Scholarship will receive a full tuition fee waiver for four four-year part-time MBA programs amounting to over AUD 70,000.

Note: The degree is currently not available to international students requiring a student visa. Current students enrolled in the University of Sydney MBA and University of Sydney employees are not eligible to apply.
