Eligibility Criteria for the Flight Sergeant Erlyn E. Kirby Memorial Bursary at Portage College 2026:

• Applicants must be full-time career program students; part-time students may also be considered.
• Applicants must be Alberta residents for at least one year.
• Applicants must be direct descendants of a Canadian fallen soldier; active duty may also qualify.
• Applicants must provide proof of their family connection to the soldier.
• Applicants must demonstrate financial need.
