The Faculty of Science and Engineering FIRST Australia Scholarship recognizes students who have participated in FIRST Australia activities and demonstrated the FIRST core values of discovery, innovation, impact, inclusion, teamwork, and fun. The scholarship supports students commencing undergraduate STEM studies and encourages future careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

Eligibility criteria for the Faculty of Science and Engineering FIRST Australia Scholarship:

Applicants must:

Be an Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen, Australian permanent resident, permanent humanitarian visa holder, or a temporary entry visa holder (including a student visa).
Be commencing full-time study in an undergraduate degree within the Faculty of Science and Engineering in Session 1, 2026.
Demonstrate the FIRST core values of discovery, innovation, impact, inclusion, teamwork, and fun.
Have participated in FIRST events in Australia or internationally and provide certification of participation.
