The Eugen Singer Award was established by Mrs. Josephine Singer in commemoration of her late husband, Eugen Singer, who distinguished himself as a chemical engineer working in the field of precision engineering associated with the production and processing of polymers. The scholarship is open to students who are undertaking postgraduate research in the study of polymers and who are in financial need.

Eligibility for the Eugen Singer Award:

Applicants must:

Be enrolled in a research higher degree and undertaking research in a field related to the study of polymers
Have completed a minimum of six months of candidature (full-time equivalent)
Have an Academic Status of Good Standing.
