Applicants can be of any nationality.
Applicants must be Students continuing in a Bachelor of Education program who are enrolled in Professional Semester III in the fall or winter semester in which the award is granted
Applicants must have demonstrated academic achievement (minimum fall/winter GPA 3.0) and financial need.
