College Scholar Title at University College Cork 2026

Introduction: 

The College Scholar title is an academic distinction awarded by the College of Science, Engineering, and Food Science (SEFS) at University College Cork (UCC). It recognizes students who achieve first-class honors in their degree program.

Eligibility criteria for the College Scholar title at University College Cork:

• The applicants must be a current UCC student.
• The applicants must be enrolled in a degree program within the College of Science, Engineering, and Food Science (SEFS).
• The applicants must achieve first-class honors in the final degree examination.

Application Process:

• There is no application required; you will be automatically considered.

Value of the Scholarship:

• An honorary recognition is given as College Scholar.
