American Society of Business Press Editors Scholarship
A scholarship recipient shall be a student in good standing pursuing a degree in the School of Media and Journalism at Kent State University at Kent, Ohio, intending to pursue a career in trade magazine publishing.
Eligibility criteria -
- The applicant must be an undergraduate student pursuing a major in the School of Media and Journalism's degree program.
- They must have a minimum of 3.0 cumulative GPA
- The applicant must be enrolled full-time (12 credit hours) at the Kent Campus
- The applicant must be pursuing a career in trade magazine publishing
- They must have demonstrated leadership and community service
- All recipients shall be selected by the faculty of the School of Media and Journalism with input from ASBPE members, if practicable
