The Alumni Association Undergraduate Fellowship, funded by the Alumni Association to assist and reward a bright and promising undergraduate student at William Paterson University.
Eligibility Criteria for the Alumni Association Undergraduate Fellowship:
- Applicants can be of any nationality.
- Applicants must be a full-time undergraduate student who will have completed their sophomore year and earned at least 24 credits by the end of the current spring semester.
- Applicants must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0.
- Applicants must demonstrate strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, and satisfactory Alumni Relations Office performance standards.
- Applicants must be available to work 15-20 hours per week in the Office of Alumni Relations.
- Applicants who are student teaching, engaged in an internship, or not available during regular business hours are not eligible.

Applicants will be automatically considered upon completing a general application.
Benefits of the Alumni Association Undergraduate Fellowship:
- The Alumni Association Undergraduate Fellow will receive a $7,500 scholarship, textbook reimbursement up to $300 per semester, and a stipend of approximately $3,000+ for 15-20 hours per week of employment with the Office of Alumni Relations.
- The recipient will also receive a valuable experience in computer applications, research, writing, fundraising management, office administration, and public relations.
Note: Finalists will be contacted by the Alumni Association selection committee to schedule an interview; applicants wishing to be considered must be available.
