Western Power Scholarship for Women at the University of Western Australia 2026

Introduction: 

Western Power Scholarship for Women, funded by Western Power and administered by The University of Western Australia. The scholarship is designed to encourage and support high achieving female students studying Electrical and Electronic Engineering and to help increase the participation of women in the engineering profession.

Eligibility requirements for the Western Power Scholarship for Women at the University of Western Australia:

• Applicants must be domestic female student.
• Enrolled, or eligible to enrol, in either:
  • The first semester of the Master of Professional Engineering specialising in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or 
  • The third year of the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) specialising in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

Value of the scholarship:

A full-time student will be awarded AUD 20,000.
