Introduction:

The PwC Prize for Second Accounting and Finance Students is an annual award sponsored by PwC to recognize outstanding academic achievement among second-year BSc Accounting and BSc Finance students at University College Cork (UCC).

Eligibility criteria for the PWC Prize for Second Accounting and Finance Students at University College Cork:

The applicants must be current UCC students.
The applicants must be enrolled in either the second-year BSc Accounting or the second-year BSc Finance.
The applicants must achieve the highest combined aggregate marks in their first sitting
In the event of a tie in these modules, the student with the highest total aggregate mark for the year in Semester 1 and Semester 2 examinations will be selected.

Application Process:

There is no separate application process; the applicants are considered automatically.

Value of the Scholarship:

There are three awards provided as first prize: EUR 1,000; second prize: EUR 500; and third prize: EUR 250 to support a student at University College, Cork.
