The David Eade Postgraduate Piano Scholarship at Victoria University of Wellington
This scholarship, established in 2023 through a bequest from David Philps Eade, supports postgraduate classical pianists studying at Te Kōkī, the New Zealand School of Music, Te Herenga Waka – Victoria University of Wellington. It aims to assist in their education and professional training.
Eligibility Criteria of The David Eade Postgraduate Piano Scholarship:
- Open to classical piano graduates of Te Kōkī entering postgraduate studies at the New Zealand School of Music.
- Applicants must be New Zealand citizens or permanent residents.
Selection Criteria:
- Applicants will be assessed based on the performance submitted as part of the scholarship requirements.
- Must meet Victoria University of Wellington’s entry requirements for international students.
