The D. H. Chen Foundation Scholarship Program was established by The D. H. Chen Foundation to support and nurture future leaders who can bring about positive social change through intellect, motivation, and compassion.

Eligibility for The D. H. Chen Foundation Scholarships:

Applicants must be permanent residents of Hong Kong.
Applicants must be a full-time Year 1 undergraduate student enrolled in a UGC-funded degree program at one of the partner universities.
Applicants must have earned a minimum Year 1 GPA of 3.5/4.0 or 4.3 (or equivalent) with all letter grades available.
Applicants must demonstrate leadership abilities and a commitment to making positive social change.

Value of The D. H. Chen Foundation Scholarships:

The successful applicants of The D. H. Chen Foundation Scholarships will receive:

Tuition Fee Waiver covering the normative study period on UGC-funded basis
Overseas Learning Allowance of maximum HKD80,000 for up to two trips
Living Allowance of HKD38,000 subject to proven financial or special education needs
