Terry Weninger Award for Research Excellence

Introduction:

The Terry Weninger Award for Research Excellence recognizes Yukon University students who have demonstrated excellence in research and encourages continued academic achievement.

Eligibility criteria of the Terry Weninger Award for Research Excellence:

Applicants must be enrolled in the second year of a full-time program at Yukon University or be progressing to another post-secondary program.
Applicants must submit a typed essay (maximum 200 words) describing the research they have undertaken in the past year and how it relates to their program of study.
Applicants must provide a letter of support from a Yukon University faculty member or a senior researcher at the Yukon Research Centre.

Application process for the Terry Weninger Award for Research Excellence:

Applicants must complete the Student Financial Award Application Form.
Applicants must submit the required typed essay and supporting letter.
