Real Estate Scholarship and Internship Grant at California State University 2025

The California State University Real Estate and Land Use Institute has an endowment with the State of California Department of Real Estate, which provides funding for internship grants and scholarships. Any major interested in the real estate profession is welcome to apply. Students who choose to participate in an unpaid internship may be eligible to obtain an award under the internship option.

Eligibility for Real Estate Scholarship and Internship Grant at California State University:

• The applicants must possess the motivation to pursue a career in real estate.
• The applicants must currently be enrolled or have completed at least one course in real estate.
• The applicants must be currently enrolled in a minimum of 6 units at any California State University.
• The applicants (undergraduate students) must have a minimum GPA of 2.5.
• The applicants (graduate students) must have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• The applicants must demonstrate financial need.
• The applicants must have experienced economic or educational challenges in pursuing their education.

Value of the Scholarship:

The successful candidates are awarded a sum ranging from USD 500 to USD 2,000.
