Reaching Out MBA Fellowships at Imperial College Business School (Imperial College London)
The Reaching Out MBA (ROMBA) Fellowship at Imperial College Business School is a competitive, partial-tuition scholarship for outstanding LGBTQ+ students admitted to the Full-Time MBA program.
Eligibility Criteria of Reaching Out MBA Fellowships (ROMBA):
- Open to applicants who identify as LGBTQ+ and can demonstrate leadership within the community, along with strong professional references.
- Applicants should show commitment to ROMBA’s mission of advancing equality in business education, the workplace, and society, supported by a strong overall programme application and interview performance.
Application Process:
- Applicants who receive an offer will get email instructions for the required video assessment, and fellowship decisions are typically communicated within two weeks of the offer; deadlines follow the admissions rounds.
- Applicants are encouraged to apply early, as scholarships are limited and awarded throughout the admissions cycle.
Award: Offers up to GBP 20,000 towards tuition fees along with a travel stipend to attend the Fellowship Leadership Retreat in North America in July 2026.

- ROMBA Fellows receive financial support toward tuition fees, a travel stipend for the July 2026 Leadership Retreat in North America, complimentary ROMBA event registration, and access to exclusive networking and professional development resources.
