President's 35th Anniversary Award for Excellence in Leadership at the University of Northern British Columbia 2026

The President's 35th Anniversary Award for Excellence in Leadership at the University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC) recognizes incoming undergraduate students who demonstrate outstanding leadership in civic, athletic, philanthropic, environmental, or other community and campus activities.

Eligibility Criteria for the President's 35th Anniversary Award for Excellence in Leadership at the University of Northern British Columbia 2026:

• Applicants must be full-time undergraduate students commencing their studies at UNBC for the first time.
• Applicants must demonstrate leadership experience before admission and through their campus involvement.
• Applicants must maintain satisfactory academic standing.
• Applicants must provide two reference letters from referees who can attest to their leadership abilities.
• Applicants must maintain an annual GPA of at least 2.00 and continue participating in leadership activities to qualify for renewal.

Application Process for the President's 35th Anniversary Award for Excellence in Leadership at the University of Northern British Columbia 2026:

• Complete the UNBC Leadership (new undergraduates) Online Awards Application Form.
• Have two referees submit reference letters to awards@unbc.ca.
• Recipients are selected by the SCSB upon recommendation from the UNBC Future Students Office.

Value:  CAD 7,000 (CAD 3,500 over two terms), renewable at CAD 6,000 per year for up to three additional consecutive years.
