The Pierre Lacasse Bursary supports Yukon University students with permanent disabilities by helping reduce financial barriers to education.
Eligibility criteria of the Pierre Lacasse Bursary:
- Applicants must be registered at Yukon University. Students studying on a reduced course load are also eligible.
- Applicants must self-identify as students with a permanent disability that affects their ability to participate fully in post-secondary education.
- Applicants must submit a typed essay (maximum 250 words) describing an academic challenge they have experienced at Yukon University and how they have overcome or plan to overcome it.
