Kate Edger Foundation - Jane Bellamy and Elizabeth Godfrey Foundation Award at the University of Auckland
The award, established in 2016 by the Kate Edger Foundation, supports women who have completed the University of Auckland Tertiary Foundation Certificate to pursue full-time undergraduate studies at Waipapa Taumata Rau. From 2023, it may also be granted to part-time students on a case-by-case basis due to health or impairment considerations.
Eligibility Criteria of Kate Edger Foundation - Jane Bellamy and Elizabeth Godfrey Foundation Award:
- Open to women who are New Zealand citizens or permanent residents.
- Must have completed the University of Auckland Tertiary Foundation Certificate and be enrolling in the first year of an undergraduate degree at Waipapa Taumata Rau.
- Students with health conditions or impairments may apply to hold the Award part-time.
Selection Criteria:
- Applicants will be evaluated based on academic performance in the Foundation Course, demonstrated financial need, future aspirations, and any relevant circumstances outlined in the personal statement and reference.
- Part-time applicants must provide supporting documentation explaining their reason for part-time study.
Application Process:
