James G. Smith Memorial Entrance Bursary at Mohawk College 2026

The James G. Smith Memorial Entrance Bursary at Mohawk College:

The James G. Smith Memorial Entrance Bursary is offered to support academically strong full-time secondary school students entering their first year at Mohawk College. The bursary also recognizes students who have been actively involved in their communities and demonstrate financial need.

Eligibility requirements for the James G. Smith Memorial Entrance Bursary at Mohawk College:

• The applicants must be full-time secondary school students entering their first year of college.
• The applicants must have a minimum 80% GPA or greater based on their most recently completed academic term.
• The applicants must demonstrate financial need according to OSAP eligibility guidelines.
• The applicants must have been an Ontario resident for 12 consecutive months before starting their studies.

Application Process:

• This is a general award the students can apply for through the Mohawk College Scholarships and Bursaries Application.

Value of the Scholarship:

• A CAD 750 is awarded to support a full-time student at Mohawk University.
