Eligibility Criteria for the James and Nora Nelson Bursary in Environmental Planning:

• Be graduate students at University of Waterloo whose research or program focuses on environmental planning
• Conduct research related to land use, ecological, institutional, or other environmental planning approaches
• Be Canadian citizens or permanent residents
• Be Ontario residents who lived in Ontario for at least 12 months before beginning post-secondary education
• Apply for OSAP and provide proof of funding status (or proof of restriction from applying)
• Demonstrate financial need through the Graduate Student Award application
• Submit a proposal describing their environmental planning research or study program.

Application Process:
