HSI Alumini Scholarships at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) 2025

Eligibility

• The HSI Alumni Scholarships are available to prospective master's students who have completed their bachelor’s degree at one of the Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSI) that are members of the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU).
• To be considered for this scholarship, students must indicate on their application to Heinz College that they completed their undergraduate degree at an eligible HSI.

Application Process

• There is no separate or additional application required for the HSI Alumni Scholarships.
• Students simply need to indicate in their admission application that they have completed their bachelor's degree at an eligible HSI.
• The scholarship will be automatically considered and awarded during the admission process.

Value or Benefit

• The HSI Alumni Scholarships offer significant financial support, with a limited number of full-tuition (100%) scholarships available.
• If a full-tuition award is not granted, all HSI alumni are guaranteed a minimum scholarship of 30% toward their tuition.
• This scholarship provides valuable financial assistance for HSI graduates pursuing their master's degree at Heinz College, helping to make graduate education more accessible.
