Grassland student of the Year Award at University College Cork 2026

Introduction:

The Cork Grassland Services Award is sponsored by Cork Grassland Services and recognizes excellence in applied grassland studies among students in the CK412 Agricultural Science program at University College Cork (UCC).

Eligibility criteria for the Grassland Student of the Year Award at University College Cork:

• The applicants must be current UCC students.
• The applicants must be enrolled in the Agricultural Science program.
• The applicants must demonstrate the highest level of achievement across the designated third- and fourth-year applied grassland modules.

Application Process:

• No separate application is required. The prize is awarded annually based on academic performance

Value of the Scholarship:

• A silver medal with a EUR 250 is awarded to support a full-time student.
