The E.R. Foster and the Mr. and Mrs. Fred L. Foster Scholarship was established in 1987 by Bonnie Foster Kelley and Robert T. Foster for a student pursuing a degree in the field of chemistry and/or art.

Eligibility criteria for the E.R. Foster and Mr. and Mrs. Fred L. Foster Scholarship:
