Chef Linda Hellingman Bursary at Holland College 2026

Introduction: 

The Chef Linda Hellingman Bursary was established in memory of Chef Linda Hellingman, a talented and dedicated chef who served as an instructor at The Culinary Institute of Canada. The bursary supports aspiring culinary professionals entering the Culinary Arts program and helps students who demonstrate financial need pursue their education and career goals in the culinary field.

Eligibility requirement for Chef Linda Hellingman Bursary at Holland College:

• Must be entering first year of studies in the Culinary Arts program at The Culinary Institute of Canada.
• Must demonstrate financial need.
• Must show interest and aptitude for the Culinary Arts program through a written essay.
• Must be willing to participate in an interview if selected as a shortlisted candidate.

Value of the scholarship:

A CAD 6,070 is awarded to support a full-time student

Application Process:

• Submit the bursary application before the deadline.
• Provide a short essay outlining interest and aptitude for the Culinary Arts program.
• Demonstrate financial need through the application process.
• Shortlisted candidates may be invited to participate in an interview with an appointed selection committee.
