Introduction:

The Charles Breen Scholarship was established to honour Charles Breen, who served with distinction as Chief of the Saint John Police Force. The scholarship supports students pursuing a career in law enforcement through Holland College’s Atlantic Police Academy and recognizes leadership, community involvement, and commitment to public service.

Eligibility requirement for Charles Breen Scholarship at Holland College:

Must be a resident of New Brunswick.
Must be enrolled in the Police Science (Cadet) program at Holland College’s Atlantic Police Academy.
Must demonstrate a history of community involvement.
Must demonstrate leadership qualities.

Value of the scholarship:
