CFUW Victoria Helen Joy Russell Music Award

The CFUW Victoria Helen Joy Russell Music Award provides financial support to outstanding female music students entering the second year of the Diploma in Music Performance at Camosun College. 

Eligibility criteria for the CFUW Victoria Helen Joy Russell Music Award:

• Applicants must be women.
• Applicants must be entering the second year of the Diploma in Music Performance at the college.
• Applicants should demonstrate performance excellence.
• Applicants must maintain satisfactory academic standing.
• Preference is given to piano performers, although the award may be given to an instrumental or vocal performer.
• Preference is given to students from Victoria or British Columbia.
• The award is by nomination

Application Process for the CFUW Victoria Helen Joy Russell Music Award:

• The recipient will be chosen by the Artistic Directorate at the Victoria Conservatory of Music with advice of the music faculty.
