Brock Pride Award
The Brock Pride Award is an in-course undergraduate award at Brock University recognizing students who have made meaningful contributions to the GQBLT (gay, queer, questioning, bisexual, lesbian, two-spirited, and trans) communities. One award is presented annually to honour leadership, advocacy, and positive community impact.
Eligibility requirements for the Brock Pride Award at Brock University:
- The applicant must be a current undergraduate student at Brock University.
- The applicant must demonstrate positive contribution to LGBTQI2S communities.
- The applicant must be enrolled full-time or part-time in a Brock University program.
Application Process for the Brock Pride Award at Brock University:
- The applicant must submit an application through the Brock University web application portal.
- Provide information or documentation showing involvement and contributions to GQBLT communities.
- Applications are reviewed by Student Awards.
- Awarded annually to a Brock student in any year of study who has made a positive contribution to the gay, queer, questioning, bisexual, lesbian, two-spirited and/or trans (GQBLT) community (-ies).
- The award will be made on these terms based on the recommendation of the Manager, Student Awards.
