Brendan Ford Memorial Scholarship at Brock University 2026

Introduction: 

The Brendan Ford Memorial Scholarship is an in-course undergraduate award in the Sport Management program at Brock University. Established in memory of Brendan Ford, the scholarship recognizes upper-year students who demonstrate academic achievement, financial need, and a commitment to social justice through volunteer work. One scholarship is awarded annually.

Eligibility Requirements for the Brendan Ford Memorial Scholarship at Brock University:

• Must be an upper-year student in the Sport Management program.
• Must demonstrate financial need.
• Must meet Ontario residency requirements.

Value of the scholarship:

The value of the scholarship varies. 

Application Process:

• Apply through the Brock University web application portal.
• Provide documentation of financial need and relevant supporting documentation
• The manager, Student Awards, makes recommendations to the Senate which makes the final decision on applications.

NOTE:

Preference is given to students with demonstrated volunteer work and commitment to social justice.
