Aodan O Donnchadha Memorial Prize at University College Cork 2026

Introduction:

The Aodán Ó Donnchadha Memorial Prize was established by the Final Medical Class of 1990 in memory of their late classmate, Aodán Ó Donnchadha. The prize recognizes outstanding performance in pediatrics by rewarding the best pediatric project completed under MX5090 at University College Cork

Eligibility criteria for the Aodán Ó Donnchadha Memorial Prize at University College Cork:

• The applicants must be current UCC students.
• The applicants must submit the best pediatric project.
• The applicants must have studied at UCC for the three years immediately preceding the Final Medical Examination.

Application Process:

• No separate application is required. Eligible students are automatically considered
