Alberta Veterinary Technologist Association VT Award (Fall)

The Alberta Veterinary Technologist Association VT Award (Fall) supports full-time students enrolled in the Animal Health Technology Diploma program at Olds College.

Eligibility criteria for the Alberta Veterinary Technologist Association VT Award (Fall):

• The applicant must be a full-time student at the university.
• The applicant must be enrolled in the Animal Health Technology Diploma program at the college.
• The applicant must demonstrate satisfactory academic achievement.
• The applicant must demonstrate professionalism and skills that represent the veterinary profession well and have all-around skills in both large and small animals.
• The applicant must participate in the community at large, possess an attitude of volunteerism, and participate in the classroom and/or in community volunteer activities.

Application process for the Alberta Veterinary Technologist Association VT Award (Fall):

• Eligible students will be automatically considered based on their completed General Application.
• The recipient will be nominated by instructional staff.
• One student will be selected from each VT Diploma intake (summer, fall & winter).
