      Hi Ansana Fathima S,

      To qualify for this scholarship (German Medical Students' Association - Professional Exchange/Research Exchange 2025) you must adhere to the following terms and conditions:

      • The candidates applying for the German Medical Students' Association, Professional Exchange/Research Exchange should have enrolled themselves at a German institution of higher education.
      • The background of the candidates should be in subject areas related to medicine.
      • Successful applicants will be arranged a medical traineeship or a research internship.

      The academic requirements for the scholarship are as follows: 

      1. Students enrolled at a German medical university can only apply for the clinical traineeship exchange after completing the 4th semester or 6th trimester.
      2. For research and public health exchanges, students in medical-related study programs may also apply from the 1st semester.
      3. In the case of the clinical traineeship exchange, a clinical traineeship must have already been completed by the time you start your traineeship abroad.

      If you comply to the foregoing conditions, you can apply for the scholarship. Good luck with your applications!
