Job Description:

Your role as a Financial Officer is to be familiar with the underwriting criteria of our partner banks which include SBI, BOB, ICICI, Axis Bank, HDFC, etc. With this knowledge, you will have to discuss with the students to screen the education loan applications, advise them on the documentation, and decide upon a suitable bank loan scheme. Also, you should coordinate with your Team Leaders, for the smooth processing of the education loan. As the initiative is funded under the Digital India campaign, the primary mode of communication is through phone calls or any digital medium and hence the students need not meet our team face to face.

We help students get education loans to fund their education by closely working with 15+ lenders, including public/private banks & NBFCs. We are the market leader in the education finance segment. Last academic year, we processed about 5,000 Cr, & this year, we'll be touching about 10,000 Cr. Our team has more than doubled in one year, from 70 to 180 members. Our tech team is responsible for end-to-end, in-house tech support that includes but is not limited to the design, development & deployment of various applications & dashboards. Job Description:
As a PHP Full Stack Developer, your primary responsibilities include:

• Participating in full lifecycle development.
• Working closely with product managers & UI/UX designers to analyze requirements.
• Reviewing peer code changes.
• Making recommendations for design & implementation improvements.
• Integrating the Frontend UI with Backend APIs.
• Designing & implementing APIs for web apps.
• Working with the Product Team in prioritizing development activities for weekly sprints

Ideal Candidate:

• Should eat, breathe & love coding.
• 2+ years of Work experience in PHP.
• Write clean & well-designed code.
• Knowledge of any PHP framework such as Yii2, Laravel/ Symfony 
• Ability to work on a small team with minimal supervision.
• We know, nerds don't grow on trees, but immediate joiners are preferred.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Raise awareness about the HEST Scholarship among students planning to pursue higher education abroad in 2026.
2. Support the digital marketing team by leveraging your creativity to engage the target audience through effective communication and outreach strategies.
3. Connect with students preparing to pursue undergraduate or postgraduate studies abroad this year and provide them with relevant information and guidance.

Ideal Candidate:

2. Are available for a duration of 1 month (2-4 hours per week)
