    Tamil Nadu Chief Ministers Fellowship Programme by the Government of Tamil Nadu

    The Tamil Nadu Chief Minister’s Fellowship Programme (TNCMFP) is a two-year initiative launched in 2022-23 to engage young professionals in improving governance and service delivery across the state. Implemented by the Special Programme Implementation Department in partnership with BIM Tiruchirapalli, the program selects 30 Fellows to work across 12 thematic areas such as education, health, water resources, infrastructure, and data governance. Fellows will support monitoring, evaluation, and data-driven decision-making to enhance policy outcomes.

    Eligibility Criteria of Tamil Nadu Chief Ministers Fellowship Programme:

    1. The applicant must have a first-class Bachelor’s degree in a professional course (Engineering, Medicine, Law, Agriculture, Veterinary Science) or a first-class Master’s degree in Arts/Science from a recognized university or equivalent institution, with working knowledge of Tamil being mandatory.
    2. The applicant must be between 22–30 years of age as of 25.05.2022, with a relaxation up to 33 years for BC/MBC candidates and up to 35 years for SC/ST candidates.

    Selection Process: The selection process consists of three stages: a Preliminary Assessment (Computer-based Test), a Comprehensive Examination (Written Test), and a Personal Interview.

    Application Process: 

    1. Online applications can be submitted through www.tn.gov.in/tncmfp or www.bim.edu/tncmfp.
    2. Applicants must visit the official website and fill in the application form completely.

    Award: Fellows will receive a monthly stipend of INR 65,000 along with an additional allowance of INR 10,000 to cover incidental expenses such as travel, mobile phone, and data usage.
