Eligibility for Researcher in Programming Language Technology for Adaptive Cyber-Physical Systems 2020:

  • MSc (for a PhD candidate) or PhD (for a postdoctoral researcher) in computer science or computer engineering;
  • prior expertise in (domain-specific) language design, compilation and runtime systems;
  • fluency in oral and written English as well as good presentation skills;
  • strong analytical and programming skills;
  • ability to work in an international research team. 

Value of Researcher in Programming Language Technology for Adaptive Cyber-Physical Systems 2020:

  • The salary will be EUR 2,395 in the first year, up to EUR 3,061 in the fourth year, scale P. The salary is an exclusive 8 % holiday allowance and 8.3 % end-of-year bonus. A favorable tax agreement, the ‘30% ruling’, may apply to non-Dutch applicants. 

This researcher position will address the programming language technology dimension of adaptively morphing cyber-physical systems. The position can be offered to a PhD candidate or a postdoctoral researcher depending on prior qualification and experience.
