Eligibility for the Postgraduate Academic Excellence Scholarship:

Applicants must:

  • Be an international student.
  • Enrol in an eligible Master’s degree at an Australian campus of University of Wollongong starting in 2026.
  • Achieve outstanding academic results.
  • Not receive any other scholarship, bursary, sponsorship, or tuition discount (excluding stipend scholarships).
  • Maintain a minimum cumulative WAM of 50 during study.
  • Not be in a Graduate Certificate + Master package or Bachelor + Master package.

  • Master of Psychology (Clinical)
  • Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology
  • Master of Teaching (Primary/Secondary)
  • Master of Nutrition and Dietetics
  • Master of Social Work (Qualifying)
  • Doctor of Medicine
  • Any double degree including the above

Value of the Postgraduate Academic Excellence Scholarship:

  • 30% tuition fee reduction
  • Applies for the minimum duration of the eligible course
