Anita G. and Herbert L. Foster Student Scholarship Fund

Established in 2008 by Professor Emeritus Herbert L. Foster, Ed.D, to commemorate his late wife, Dr. Anita G. Foster, EDM ’77, EDD ’85, and his many years with the Graduate School of Education.

Eligibility criteria -

The applicant must be a student majoring in Literacy Education in the Graduate School of Education.
Student must have 3-5 years of teaching experience at the K-12 level or equivalent in their related field.
