The University of Roehampton is happy to be a member of the South and East Network for Social Sciences (SENSS), an alliance of eight universities that collaborates to provide doctoral training partnerships and studentships funded by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC). Applications for doctorate funding that address SENSS's main research issues are encouraged and welcomed by Roehampton and SENSS.
Eligibility for University of Roehampton SeNSS (ESRC) Studentships:
- For master's plus PhD programs, applicants must have earned at least a 2.1 in their bachelor's degree; for PhD-only programs, applicants must have a relevant master's degree that has been recognized by the ESRC.
- Residency: Full award (fees + annual stipend) is available to students from the UK, EU, and all international students.
Value of the Scholarship:
Fully Funded Doctoral Studentships: Maintenance stipend, (including London weighting) - £20,622 and full fee-waiver
