The Holligrave Scholarship at Imperial College London
The Holligrave Scholarship at Imperial College London is an undergraduate bursary for highly talented Home students in the Faculty of Engineering who have exceptional financial need.
Eligibility Criteria of The Holligrave Scholarship:
- Applicants must have an offer of admission from the College to study an undergraduate course in the Faculty of Engineering and possess Home fee status.
- Applicants must have been assessed for financial support through Student Finance England (SFE) or an equivalent funding authority, with a verified household income of less than £70,000 per annum.
Selection Criteria: The applicant’s academic merit will be assessed by the Department they have applied to within the Faculty of Engineering, based on their predicted A-Level results and UCAS application form. Applicants will be ranked by the Departments, and the final selection from the shortlist will be made by the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering.
Application Process:
- Applicants must submit a student finance application and be means-tested by Student Finance England (SFE) or an equivalent authority, with a verified household income of less than £70,000 per annum confirmed to the College by 11:59 pm (UK local time), Friday 29th May 2026. It is recommended to apply early, as SFE assessments can take up to eight weeks. Applicants must also consent to share their household income information with the College for eligibility verification.
- Applicants must submit a UCAS application for a course of study in the Faculty of Engineering and hold an offer of admission by 11:59 pm (UK local time), Friday, 29th May 2026.
Award: A cash bursary of GBP 2,000 per academic year.
