The Celia Scott Weatherhead School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine Paul D. Coverdell Fellowship at Tulane University 2025

Eligibility Criteria for The Celia Scott Weatherhead School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine Paul D. Coverdell Fellowship:

• Applicants must be U.S. Citizens.
• Applicants must be returning Peace Corps volunteers (RPCV).
• Applicants must be graduate students.
• Applicants must be enrolled in the master's programmes offered by the School.

Application Process:

• All RPCV applicants interested in the Fellowship positions should apply using the SOPHAS application system by the priority deadline of March 1.
• RPCVs interested in the Fellows program will also be required to submit a supplemental application.

Value of the Celia Scott Weatherhead School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine Paul D. Coverdell Fellowship:

• Coverdell Scholars - receive 35% tuition discount or merit scholarship if higher value, for two years and a $12,000 scholarship covering cost of mandatory fees and towards cost of attendance in their first year.
• Coverdell Fellow - outstanding RPCV who holds a Graduate Assistant position as Global Scholars Program Coordinator, earning up to $20,000 over two years as well as a 35% tuition discount or merit scholarship if higher value, and $10,000 scholarship covering the cost of mandatory fees over two years.
