Postgraduate Research Scholarship in Education or Childhood is offered by the University of Leeds for International students who are willing to pursue a research degree related to Education at the University. The School of Education is an intellectually rich and stimulating environment for postgraduate research. Eligibility for the Postgraduate Research Scholarship in Education or Childhood:

• Open for International applicants.
• Applicants must not have already been awarded or be currently studying for a doctoral degree.
• Applicants must live within a reasonable distance of the University of Leeds.
• This scholarship is available for new Postgraduate Researchers undertaking full-time or part-time research study leading to the degree of Ph.D. Students who are already registered for a Ph.D. research study are excluded from applying.
• The minimum English language entry requirement for a research degree in the School of Education is an IELTS of 6.5 overall with at least 6.0 in each component (reading, writing, listening, and speaking) or equivalent.

Value of the Scholarship : 

The value of the award is equivalent to the cost of tuition fees for 2023-2024 plus an annual stipend matching UKRI rates.
