Overview
At the Florence School of Transnational Governance (STG), mid-career policy professionals from a variety of policy fields—politics, civil service, media, non-governmental organizations, and others—can apply for the Policy Leader Fellowship (PLF), a residential program.
Eligibility Criteria for the Young Policy Leaders Fellowships:
- Applicants must be early- to mid-career professionals (e.g. in politics, civil service, media, non-governmental organizations, and others.).
- Applicants must demonstrate both professional experience and potential for future excellence in the policy process.
- Applicants must genuinely engage in activities involved in policy issues, especially those related to transnational governance.
- Applicants must be self-motivated, and able to present a clear work plan for the use of the fellowship.
- Applicants must be curious and engaged contributors. Fellows are expected to be part of the EUI community daily and to participate in peer discussions on topics that may be beyond their expertise.
- Applicants must be fluent in written and spoken English.
Value of the Young Policy Leaders Fellowships:
- The fellowship is fully funded with a grant of € 2,500 per month.
- A family allowance is available where appropriate.
- Travel expenses (subject to conditions).
