Overview

The Cardiff Catalysis Institute is looking to recruit a number of PhD students starting in January 2016. These studentships will be associated with a number of projects in the area of heterogeneous catalysis. Applicants should have a good degree in Chemistry, or a related relevant subject, should be self-motivated and demonstrate a keen aptitude for research.

Eligibility: 

  • Residency: Full awards (fees plus maintenance stipend) are open to UK Nationals and EU students without further restrictions.
  • Academic criteria: Applicants should have at least a 2.1 undergraduate degree in Chemistry or a closely related discipline appropriate for heterogeneous catalysis research.
