Overview

Monash Malaysia is offering Global Excellence and Mobility scholarships for all students at the university. The scholarship grants a full tuition fee waiver to the selected candidates and a travel grant to Monash Australia. The successful candidates will be funded for a complete year at Monash University (Australia) for up to 12 months.

Eligibility:

  • Applicants must possess a minimum academic qualification of First Class Honours or its equivalent.
  • Applicants of any nationality are eligible.
  • Applicants must be enrolled in a research program in the university.

Application Process:

  • Applicants must apply online for the scholarship.
  • Applicants must submit the following documents:
    • Academic transcripts
    • Most recent CV
    • Personal statement.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
  • Selected candidates will be sent an invitation letter on how to apply further for the scholarship.

Value of the Scholarship:

  • The selected candidates are offered a 100% tuition fee waiver for three years and six months.
  • For the twelve months in Monash Australia, the recipient would receive RM 8,500 as a monthly stipend.
  • For the thirty months in Monash Malaysia, the recipient would receive RM 2,950 as a monthly stipend
