  • The applicant must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident or holder of a permanent humanitarian visa.
  • The applicant must be recognized as an elite athlete or performing artist by one of the eligible organizations.
  • The applicant must meet the prerequisites of the course.
  • The applicant must be competing at a national or international level in any Olympic, Commonwealth Games, or FISU (Summer or Winter Games, Championship & World Cup) sport.
