Overview

Promote the university studies of students enrolled in a public administration course at the Faculty of Social Sciences.

Eligibility Criteria for the Chester S. Walters Fellowship:

  • Students need to pursue full-time studies (or be deemed full-time according to Student Financial Assistance ) at Laval University during the year the scholarship is awarded (fall and winter sessions).
  • Students must be enrolled in a baccalaureate program at the Faculty of Social Sciences at the time of applying.
  • Students should have a program average of 3.33 and above 4.33
  • Students need to be currently registered (fall session) in a course dealing with public administration in a program in the Faculty of Social Sciences.
  • Students must be experiencing financial difficulties.
